Threat Level Gaming is hiring an NA Operations Manager for TLGTV, our around-the-clock ESports and Casual Gaming Broadcasting Network.
Threat Level Gaming TV is aiming to be the “ESPN of ESports” and your position will play a pivotal role in ushering in a novel concept to the ESports industry and help bring recognition to Threat Level Gaming as an organization and brand; to help grow and support the broadcasters that are supporting this mission; to simulate and bring awareness to the ESports scene as a whole; to bring in additional revenue streams and increase established revenue streams and more as directed by the Director of TLGTV.
As the NA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for reporting directly to the Director of TLGTV and assisting in the overall success of the department.
Job duties include:
- Talent Acquisition
- Conducting interviews
- Onboarding
- Scheduling
- Addressing shift swaps, sometimes with short notice
- Working with other departments to assist in carrying out duties, which may include,
- ESports for broadcasting Threat Level Gaming ESports matches
- Graphics/Video
- Marketing
- Human Resources
- Performing Reviews
Preferred Experience:
- Past experience in a supervisor role, overseeing people.
- Past successful experience in streaming or overseeing a media department or content creation team.
- Strong administration skills
- Strong organization skills
